Extract iTunes Backup to Restore iPhone Contacts (without iPhone)
Step 1. Scan iTunes Backup Files
Don't connect your iPhone with iTunes after you lost your iPhone data, to prevent the backup files from being updated. Launch the iTunes Data Recovery on your computer and choose the "Recover from iTunes Backup File".
